Poland aghast at German-Russian pipeline

The Polish defence minister has compared a planned German-Russian gas pipeline to the 1939 Hitler-Stalin deal partitioning Poland, with EU energy commissioner Andris Piebalgs also criticising the gas project.

Poland is wiser than the rest of Europe, not ignorant of Germany's devices, or at least it is voicing its legitimate concerns about the "new" Germany up to its old tricks again. Who said the leopard could change its spots?

The camouflouge of an imposed democracy is finally wearing off as Germany begins to reassert itself again upon the world stage. Germany clearly appears ripe for a leading role and eager for action, their leaders appalled that untermenschen have misruled for too long. Whether the German public thinks they're ready for it or not, they will follow strong leadership.

Considering Poland's recent history with Germany in WWII, and in the light of biblical prophecy, Poland has every right to be paranoid about what other deals Germany and Russia have struck that they haven't disclosed, purposely leaving the world in the dark. Are we ready for a big surprise?
