Dieting is a good when done orderly and properly with care and thinking about health. It is good for human beings to day break from normal eating habits. It may vary according to the nature of the work the person is involved. It is too bad to suddenly starve for a week saying that he or she is in the process of reducing the weight. It may lead to fatigue, fainting and dehydration of the body.

Diet is the method or a process involved not only in slimming down the body structure but also to have a healthy body. The concept of 'Diet' is derived from American culture. It is found in a survey done in USA that on any particular day certain population of US is under diet or counting their calorie intakes. This, to an extent shows the concern for the health and to an extent shows how people are mad about reducing their weight.

Loosing weight may be considered for the people who are more obese. But apart from dieting one can follow certain diet plans according to the lifestyle which gives comfort and health. There are three classifications the first one is on the run, cheap and easy and the final one is Family and Friendly. The on the run type of dieting is suitable for the people who is working and who have wheels tied to their legs all the time. The cheap and easy one can be followed for lunch. This type of food should not be so spicy and heavy. The last family and friend can be achieved by a relax dinner with the family and friends. By following these procedures one can live a happy life and also maintain their body condition.

This above mentioned procedure should have a breakfast which should have 300 to 400 calories and the lunch should have 450 to 550 calories of energy and the simple supper should have 400 to 500 calories of energy to energize the daily routine. After following all dieting practices one may not reduce in weights instead some may gain weight. This is because in the dieting period the person may consume fewer calories than the normal intake. This leads to reduction of weight but once they are free from dieting they take in more amount of food than normal intake. This may be due to the thought of the person and a feeling that creeps into their mind saying that they are freed from the clutches of diet.
