Chwee Kueh are actually steamed rice cake. The main ingredients are the same as Chee Cheong Fun. But the mixture of rice flour and water is relatively more viscous in this case. The mixture is then poured into small saucers that have greater depth than normal ones. Then they are placed in the Chinese steamer for steaming. It is a popular Singapore breakfast dish.
