As the name depicts, it is chicken noodles but served with curry as a gravy. Curry Chicken Noodles is a dish that Singaporeans have it for lunch or dinner.

There are three components to the dish served, curry, chicken and noodles. The curry is usually less viscous compared to the one that is cooked for curry puff filling. For the chicken, it is usually chicken that is cooked in curry gravy first. As for the noodles, there is not much variety. Only the thick yellow wheat noodle is available. This dish is served most of the time by Chinese hawkers and most likely they are sellers of chicken rice as well.
