Your subconscious mind feeds on thoughts of defeat or success.
In some ways it sets up a chain reaction. What you choose to think about or dwell on will have an influence on your mind that will affect everything you do.
No matter what your goals are, you will only ever be as successful as you allow yourself to be!
In fact it's quite simple. If you get frustrated and throw in the towel with something, that frustration will have a negative impact on the rest of your actions.
Alternatively if you follow through with something, work hard and find an answer, the impact of that victory will have a positive effect on the rest of your work. This allows you to attempt other projects with more conviction, which will lead to even more success.
Ultimately, confidence stems from satisfying yourself you can achieve. So the more positive you can become... the more you can do
I often see people getting agitated over some issue or problem and most of the time this emotion is influencing their attitude and their long-term success.
I'm not saying I'm always even tempered... there are times when I can get very cheesed off. But you can't get too caught up emotionally in something that really isn't that significant.
Sometimes we must struggle - other times it's not going to make any difference, so why bother. Just turn around and do something else.
You control your attitude and because of that you can influence your effectiveness, productivity and results online or offline in your business or personal life.
When you come right down to it, you choose how you think and what you think about. Granted it may take some effort to teach yourself to think a certain way, but it's worth it. That effort will transform your subconscious and make for a better YOU.
You can choose to be in command of your subconscious or turn it over to itself and let it control you.
Think positive... not negative!
A lot of folks will joke when someone starts chanting about positive attitudes and such... but I can guarantee you there is something to it. You will have much better relationships and results in your life if you are positive instead of negative...
A book worth picking up and reading all about building a positive attitude is:
"Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude" by W. Stone
At the very least I suggest taking a peek. This approach to life has made mine better and happier!
Several years ago I was at a stage in my life where I was walking down the road of negativity and letting my subconscious mind control my actions... I'm happy to say that is no longer the case and I'm now much more effective in every part of my life.
This doesn't mean I don't get some periods of negativity - I'm still human - but I have focused my mind to be much more positive and consequently I have improved my life considerably.
Try it for a short time and then compare your findings. You'll be amazed at the difference.
