Google has a great tool to help you maximize your Adsense income.

Okay, it wasn't created for that purpose but using it will help you and here's why.

Why target adsense keywords that pay cents when you can target keywords that pay dollars?

With Adsense you earn an undisclosed percentage of what the Google Adwords client pays per click.

So if they pay $0.05 you may earn $0.02 per click

However, if they pay $20 you may earn $8 per click

So why go for 2 cents when you can go for the $8, and there are some keywords where the cient pays as much as $70 per click!

Adwords keywords tool is a great way to find the high paying keywords. Visit https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal to use the tool.

BTW this advice just saved you $197 or more. I came across one site that sells 500 high paying keywords for $197, while you can now get them and more for free.
