Claypot Chicken Rice is one of the favourite dinner dish for Singaporeans. The rice is first cooked in the claypot with strong fire first. Once the rice is ready, the seasoned & cooked diced chicken is added in, together with vegetables and slices chinese sausage. Dark soya sauce is added in for flavor. The claypot rice is cooked for a while before it is served.
