Curry is spicy gravy made up of mostly Indian spices. In Singapore, the curry is less viscous and spicier compare to Japanese Curry which is typically sweet instead of spicy.
In Singapore, Curry Chicken Rice is served with a serving of rice and a bowl of Curry Chicken. The Curry Chicken would have pieces of potato and some pieces of chicken inside. The curry is cooked first. Once the curry is ready, fresh pieces of chicken and cut potato are put in the gravy for cooking.
