Lamothe has extensive experience in the partnership/LLC area including formation structuring and strategic consulting, mainline federal and state tax compliance, and due diligence with respect to mergers and acquisitions. Marc also has a variety of C Corporation and S Corporation clients. In serving broad middle market industries, Marc focuses on venture capital, investment fund management, professional service (law), energy, real estate and construction clients.
Prior to joining Caturano and Company in 2004, Marc spent most of his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP as a tax manager with a focus on partnership taxation. In 2002, Marc joined the Boston tax practice of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. While at Deloitte, Marc continued his focus on partnership clients while also taking on a leadership role in administering Deloittes middle market industry group.
