iPhone's best business app is its Web browser. Business owners can order products for customers, process payments, track shipments, and ensure products reach customers. One new business app, WebEx, lets users participate in web conferencing calls on the iPhone. The app has been downloaded over 50,000 times, making it one of the top ten business apps.
